I cover everything from Logos to brochures and promotional items, through to websites, videos and animation. In terms of webdesign, I have a good track record of implimenting ecommerce solutions, in particular Opencart and Shopify. My personal design-led wallet project and business ‘Boreal’, which was part the 'Starter for 10' initiative led by Wayne Hemmingway and featured in Digital Arts Magazine, as well as my art & clothing brand Since1982 have taught me to be able to take an idea, build a brand, develop a product and run a business. This puts me in a great position to help new startups in particular.
I'm a Registered provider for North East Business Support fund. NEBSF have been supporting enterprise since 2007 and in that time they've helped over 1,700 people to start their own business in Northumberland. They've also helped existing businesses across the North East to create over 1,000 jobs with our funding and support programmes.
Outside of my professional life much of my time is spent with my young family. We are keen campers and love the outdoors, you’ll often find us scouting out national trust properties.
I've been creating artwork since leaving university in 2004, occasionally exhibiting, but also using my art as a platform to build and develop products, whilst working as a freelance graphic/web designer on evenings and weekends. I have worked hard to build my own freelance company and product brand. I am a keen photographer and love nothing better than being out in the open with my camera or snapping portraits. I have a love of world/independent cinema and i’m keen to make my own film in the near future.
